My daughter and here friend were traveling from KC to Wichita to attend a concert and broke down on the highway about 15 minutes from El Dorado. Not having a clue what was wrong with our vehicle, I immediately looked to see if there was a car rental business in El Dorado to ensure her making it to the concert in time. I called and talked to Jim, who in turn, gave me the name of a very reputable, locally owned auto repair shop. The tow truck took our vehicle to the shop and Jim met my daughter and her friend there. My experience with talking to him on the phone, combined with my daughter's experience made what could have been a very bad situation very pleasant. Jim is a wonderful, honest man and I would highly recommend his business to anyone needing to rent a car!
