Our car broke down just outside of town while on a road trip. He was kind enough to let us use his personal vehicle while we waited for the repairs.
My semi broke down in El Dorado so I called squires got me in the next morning. 2 hours labor and $487 in parts cost me over $1300. I called inland trucks parts where he got the parts and they told me the value. He charged me over &1000 for the parts. He is a crook that has a shady operation.
This man Squires will take advantage of your hard working money. Dont use, call someone else in from another town. I reported him to BBB. Thief he is.
Yesterday I scheduled an appointment to get my tires aligned at 12. I was 20 minutes late because I was getting my oil changed at a different place, but that wasn't a problem because my original appointment was for 1. So I show up at 12:20 and I see a dog wondering around. I assume the dog's owner is the mechanic and even though the office door was locked that he was just somewhere inside and forgot to unlock it. Nope, there is absolutely no one there. So I call a few times and get the answering machine, which isn't even set up so I can't even leave a message. So I go back to my car and sit there for about 5 minutes until someone pulls up. So I'm thinking, alright this must be the guy and he was just at lunch or something, I understand that. Nope. It was the owner of the building who rents the space to the guy. He knows who I am and that I have an appointment for an alignment at 12 and says it was no problem that I was 20 minutes late, but then continues to say that he hasn't been able to get a hold of the guy who's supposed to do it all day. He says to call back Monday and see what's going on, but I say screw it and I go somewhere else. The alignment was only gonna cost $65 at Squires, but since the guy wasn't there and I couldn't even get a hold of him, I decided to spend the extra $15 and go to Norris and get it done for $80. This is my first time doing anything like this by myself, as I am only 19 and just moved out on my own. Worst first experience ever.
