Went in for an emergency crown replacement and was able to be seen that same day. I am not usually one to leave reviews, but the professionalism exhibited by Dr. Rasband and his staff was a metaphorical sigh of relief.
Loved Dr. Guy, he's always so kind. The whole staff helping me to remain calm, and explaining everything to me. Plus the front with handing all the insurance . You guys are all so kind and welcoming
I immediately felt at ease the second I sat in the exam chair. While the procedure was long, every few minutes I was asked how I felt and if I needed anything. Icing to the cake was the finished product felt and looked exquisitely realistic and the pain afterwards was very minimal.
I had a crown come off over Thanksgiving and when I called on Monday, they were able to get me in with Dr. Resch on Tuesday. Got in on time and work was completed quickly (even a small amalgam filling that needed done).
I love all the staff! They always make going to the dentist a positive experience. Dr. Resch is so kind hearted and makes you feel at ease :)
I will, most assuredly bring my children to see him in the future and be returning myself. I tip my hat to a job well done.
