My husband and I had to go to the emergency room at Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital due to his severe pain. The staff was WONDERFUL! He was quickly placed in a room and had the best care from the nurse Abby and the doctor on call, Dr. Moll. I was extremely impressed with the care he received. The entire staff was caring and efficient and we can not thank them enough for the level of care they gave.
Surprisingly excellent surgical, imaging,and continuing care for such a small town! I've had 7 surgeries including lower back and neck fusion. The physical therapy department is awesome! The staff are competent and caring.
I was hospitalized and chose this hospital over the one in Andover KS. The staff were great, my surgeon was excellent and the doctors spent the appropriate time to explain things. The only thing I would complain about is the food choices I got but I just had my husband bring me food outside the hospital and no one said a thing.
Very happy with my visit. The rooms are so nice I didn't want to get discharged :) Very nice staff.
When I was at Susan B Allen during my pregnancy I had an appointment with them also for the ultrasound and my husband and I wanted a 3D sonogram and this racist nurse said "it's up to the baby" and plus my baby girl's was down but still my husband and I want to see our baby girl's pretty face all that was bullcrap I prefer Wesley Hospital next time any day of the week and I'm also glad that they built a children's hospital with it too.
