James Hargrove is the kind of lawyer that would that would take money from an angry daughter to file a restraining order against her own mother just for sending her a birthday card.This is an actual example!
He is the kind of lawyer who sues people who are already in bad financial standing on the behalf of hospitals. You may even go as far as to work out a payment plan with this office(I did) but guess what??They will still sue you to get a judgement even if you are not behind on the payments(I was not behind on payments at the time they filed for judgement) so they can pile on 12% interest and other costs!!!And he does this to people who are already in tons of medical debt without regard for how this will affect their ability to get their situations straightened out! In my opinion, James Hargrove is unethical.
