A load of hype to make users feel good about spending excessive amounts money on an exclusive company contract for profit.
The website Securus is slow, hangs up, forces you to reenter data multiple times. Frustrating! If other public websites operated in this manner they would be shut down. This is not a positive for the law abiding people who try.... within the provided services to assist those in need of help.
