I love going to m.

Better than expected, fun and interactive!

This place is really something to see! They of course cover all the oil history, machines and people. They also have lots of stuff on Kansas history including outdoor exhibits like a one room school house. The little pond nearby is always full of geese to feed. You should check this place out and then drive up to Stapleton #1 a few miles outside El Dorado. , It was the first big oil strike that started it all here.

I was very pleased with this museum, it's as good as the one in Kilgore or better!

Very cool place to learn about Kansas oil. Very kid friendly
