These people are some of the best you could ask for to be your furbaby's doctors. They are all so great and treat your furbabies like furbabies, not simply just animals. Names are remembered, funny (or embarrassing) moments are remembered and you aren't just a bag of money to these folks. Everyone does their best to explain things in smaller terms if you have a look of complete confusion, but usually, they try to keep that from happening all together.
