My uncle went here for about a year and seen Dr. Varner. He LOVED seeing him. We moved to Arizona, and left a balance owed of $26.52 without realizing he owed this. I called today to see about making him an apportionment with them as hes now back in Kansas, and was informed of this balance. I was willing to take care of this immediately, but it had been turned over for collections. Since he had a balance the woman said hes been "DISMISSED" as their patient, and they will no longer see him, even if the balance is paid. She was a very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this office. It's insane how this woman treated my uncle over the telephone. She should not work in anything requiring customer service.
Best Dr. Varner has been my family physician my whole life. ill never go to another Doctor. Varner takes care of my whole Family. good honest man.
