We went here based on the good reviews and were sadly disappointed. I noticed the gorditas on the menu and thought, awesome a real Mexican dish. I ordered them and they were tasteless and very dry. No seasoning whatsoever in the meat and encased in the driest tortilla/fry bread ever. The rice and beans were the best thing on my plate and that should never happen. Too bad because it's really in a cool old building downtown. Sorry la casita.
Everything is amazing. Breakfast, fresh meat greasy cheeseburger and authentic Mexican food.
Really good prices and great food. Go during the day and miss the evening crowd. A little run down around the edges, but it is just part of the ambiance.

Who knew you could get the best breakfast ever at a Mexican restaurant? Great breakfast! Yummy thick bacon, hashbrowns nice & crispy on the outside and my eggs were cooked perfectly. Our waiter was awesome. I will definitely be back and try out lunch or dinner.
